A $200 deposit
A $200 deposit, paid by online invoice, is requested before your in-studio appointment is confirmed. It is applied toward your session total, so you'll simply pay the remaining balance. It also helps minimize no-shows, so everyone genuinely interested can secure a timely appointment.
Virtual and Kibbe analyses
These are purchased in full online: Virtual Basic, Virtual Premier or Kibbe style analysis. No form or deposit needed; your guide and questionnaire follow by email.

Can I reschedule?
Yes. In-studio appointments can be rescheduled up to 3 times if needed. The $200 deposit is non-refundable. Color parties can be rescheduled up to 2 times with at least one week's notice by email.
Can I get my deposit back?
The $200 deposit is non-refundable, but it isn't an extra fee: it goes toward the full price of your session. It holds your appointment time, which helps minimize no-shows so everyone can secure a timely appointment. If your plans change, you can reschedule up to 3 times, and your deposit carries over to your new date.
What happens after I pay my deposit?
Once your deposit is received, you'll get a detailed email with everything you need to know for your appointment, including the studio address in St. Louis Park, MN.

Where is the studio?
Our studio is in St. Louis Park, MN. The exact address is shared once your appointment is confirmed.
Do you offer weekend appointments?
Yes. Saturday and Sunday appointments are available for an additional $25. Color parties are $175 per person Monday to Thursday and $200 Friday to Sunday.
How long does a session take?
A Signature Session lasts 1.5 – 2 hours. Group sessions are about 40 minutes per person, and mini sessions at parties take 10 – 20 minutes each.
How does virtual analysis work?
Once you book, you receive a guide to taking your photos. Your analysis is completed by hand, and your season and guides are delivered to you. Your analysis is never automated or done by AI, and its accuracy depends on following the photo guide closely. Your report arrives within 10–12 business days of receiving your photos and questionnaire. Virtual analysis does not include a live call, but a 30-minute Zoom can be added for $50.
How does a private session differ from a party?
A private session is a complete, in-depth analysis with makeup, hair and metal evaluation and a physical swatch fan. At a party, each guest enjoys a shorter analysis, a palette card, digital swatches and makeup, hair and jewelry guides in a lively group setting.
Which method do you use?
Our analysis is informed by training and certification in both the 12- and 16-season approaches, applied with our own professional drapes, swatch fans and tools under true-color light. This lets us offer nuanced guidance even if your coloring sits between seasons.
Do you travel?
Yes. Parties of up to 5 can be hosted in our studio, or we can bring the complete setup to your home, office or venue. A travel fee applies to appointments outside our St. Louis Park studio, based on distance. For corporate events, travel is included in your quote.
